Return Policy

At Golf Cars of the Desert, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling, or other charges.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• All items must be in their original new packaging and condition.
• Each return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Packages received without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
• Products subject to a restocking fee will be indicated at the time of purchase.
• For items with manufacturer defects, please contact us for replacement or return shipping arrangements.

Refunds:

You can expect a refund within 30 days of us receiving your returned product. Shipping costs will be refunded for manufacturer errors or shipping mistakes on our part.

Manufacturer Defects or Shipping Errors:

If you receive a product with a manufacturer defect or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Do not return these products without prior arrangement with our Customer Service team. We will organize the proper shipping or replacement.

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for items returned independently by the customer.
