1. Eligibility Criteria:
Our Price Match Guarantee ("Guarantee") applies to identical Evolution Electric Vehicles products offered for sale by authorized dealers within the same geographic area as our store, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Product Eligibility:
The Guarantee is applicable only to Evolution Electric Vehicles products that are identical in brand, model, size, color, and specifications.

3. Verification Process:
To request a price match, the buyer must provide a written quote or advertisement displaying the lower price from a competing authorized dealer. The quote must be current and valid at the time of the price match request.

4. Exclusions:
The Guarantee does not apply to the following:
- Prices offered by unauthorized dealers or resellers.
- Clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales.
- Prices offered as part of a bundled promotion, rebate, financing offer, or other special promotion.
- Prices that cannot be verified or confirmed by our team.

5. Price Match Verification:
Our team will verify the competitor's price and product availability before approving the price match. We reserve the right to reject price match requests that do not meet our criteria or for any reason deemed appropriate by us.

6. Limitations:
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for price matching. The Guarantee applies to a maximum of one price match per identical item per customer.

7. Price Adjustment:
If the buyer's request meets all the terms and conditions of the Guarantee, we will adjust the price of the product accordingly.

8. Policy Changes:
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised terms and conditions on our website.

9. Discretionary Authority:
Our team reserves the right to exercise discretion in interpreting and applying the terms and conditions of the Guarantee, including the final determination of eligibility for price matching.
